"That servant had asked me about madam Wang and her handmaid, Ju's relationship. But before I could tell him what I knew, the general barged into the kitchen, it looked like he would punish him." Ruolan told the lieutenant, taking steady breaths, trying not to look at the arrow pointed to her eye.
"Don't hold back, tell me about their relationship." Shen Shaojie said, knowing fully well that the sort of punishment she had in mind, was far different from what Wang Tengfei was carrying out.
"Yes lieutenant Shen." She answered with her hands in front of her, "I first saw Madam Wang and Ju four years ago, when some of us servants were transfered from the family house, to wait on the general at the barracks." She informed him, begining her encounter with both women.
