Yu Xiaoguang was brought into a dark underground chamber, dimly lit by a burning torch hung on the wall. The soldier pushed him into the chamber, and then locked the door from the outside.
"You think you've had the last laugh? You nameless wallflower character! Against an amazing side cast such as myself, you're no match for me!" He cursed, banging furiously on the prison bars.
"Tch." The man hissed before taking his leave, a part of him hoping to be the one to take Yu Xiaoguang's life when the time comes.
"Aish!" The young doctor pinched his temples, "why do these cliche things keep happening to me? Why do I have to be imprisoned for someone else's crimes?!" He took one last vengeful kick at the bars, only to stub and hurt his big toe.
Mei Deng tumbled back and fell hard on his ass, or so he thought. He at first didn't notice he had landed on a pair of strong thighs, but rather thought to himself...
