The soldiers pressed on the issue, nudging Mei Deng, and pushing back his shoulders, insisting that he was Yu Xiaoguang, probably to spite him.
Mei Deng glared at the soldier standing in front of him, his rude shoves made the man on his shoulder to cough out more blood.
"Who is this Yu Xiaoguang they're speaking of?" Ruolan turned to look at Shaojie for answers, but he bore the same confused expression.
The lieutenant looked to the general, and observed his perfectly calm features, 'He isn't the least bit fazed, was I mistaken about the relationship? Or perhaps I have to intervene on his behalf?' The lieutenant thought, contemplating whether the general was afraid to showcase his affection, or simply was not bothered.
However, he knew the general to not be the kind of man who would think twice because of the opinion of others.
