The general laid Mei Deng on his bed, "The medicine box is over there." Yu Xiaoguang told him, the general complied and picked up the box, he lifted it's lid and took out some medicinal paste.
Resting his free palm on Yu Xiaoguang's right cheek, the general sighed, "You're too prideful, why do you make others worry about you?"
Mei Deng twisted his lips, and looked away, averting his eyes from the General's gaze.
Wang Tengfei sighed, he let his thumb slowly caress the other man's cheek, running it against the wounds and swelling.
Mei Deng bit his cheeks, when the general applied the paste to his face, Wang Tengfei flattened his brows, displeased that it hurt him.
"You'll have to bear with me, I'm not too skilled in this."
"It's fine, I'm strong." Yu Xiaoguang said, only to flinch when the herbal paste came in contact with his skin.
