Some minutes before Mei Deng woke up, Wang Tengfei got out of bed to go and secure breakfast the two would eat once he woke up.
It was on his way out, that Shen Shaojie and Yingjie intercepted him.
"General, he says that he has some useful information to give you." Shen Shaojie said, referring to Yingjie whose wounds were patched up poorly by Ruolan.
"I know, but we can't talk here, come with me." The general said, then marched forward, gesturing both men to follow.

"Tell me what you want to say, if you spend more than five seconds without appeasing my anger, you're going to die." Wang Tengfei told him in plain words.
The general was of the opinion that if he went along with Yingjie's plan, they would have the upper hand. But the way it seemed now, it was as though Yingjie connived with the sisters to capture his camp.
