After what was said, Mei Deng was escorted out of the tent and led back to where he came from. There, he was made to sit down, with the doors and windows closed, and two male servants to wait on him.
"Is there anything that we can offer you? Perhaps some rice balls? Liquor?" Or would you like…" the male servants exchanged all knowing looks with each other, grinning widely from ear to ear.
Mei Deng raised a suspicious brow wondering what those two were thinking.
His suspicion wasn't left unchecked for too long, because shortly after, one of the male servants left, and returned with a script in hand, and a bashful expression on his face.
He excitedly closed the door after him and marched over to where Mei Deng sat, then passed the black script to him.
With serious eyes he said, "this is my valued treasure, treat it well, it has worked well for me every time." He shot him a wink, then stood beside his second at the door.
