Draping his robes on his back, the Tainted Ghoul looked over his shoulder at the sound of someone approaching his tent. The intruder stopped at the entrance, perhaps waiting for an invitation to come inside.
The Tainted Ghoul looked around the room, 'I can still feel his presence.' he thought at the back of his mind. He stepped outside of the tent, not wanting anyone to taint the scent lingering in the air.
"Leader, I'm sorry to disturb you, but the men are all sick and cannot move, please come and check on their condition." Captain Huájī said on one knee, barely able to speak calmly.
The wound on his arm was bandaged, but that was far from what caused the pain in his eyes. He bit his lip and focused his eyes on the ground, too ashamed to raise his head to the Tainted Ghoul.
"Sick?"
