Mei Deng stared with widened eyes as the person he had looked at from afar leaned in close to kiss him. If it were the old him who had just died and got reincarnated four years ago, he would've jumped at the opportunity.
However, he wasn't the same.
"I'm sorry, but I don't feel that way towards you." Yu Xiaoguang announced and took a step back. YaoYao parted her lips, truly stunned by his response.
"You don't like me anymore? Yu Xiaoguang, it took you only four years to stop liking me?" She pouted, stunning Mei Deng that she was aware of his one sided crush.
Though it didn't seem to be as one sided as he had imagined.
"Y-You knew all along?!" His face turned pale at the realization that his YaoYao knew but did not say a word all those years.
"Of course I knew!" She kicked her feet against the air, "But I wanted you to be the one to bring it up." YaoYao went on to say.
