Ming Baozhai had waited the entire night and was starting to think that Chan Zian would not arrive. He was just about to close his door, when he noticed a figure approaching from afar. He squinted his eyes, trying to make out who was approaching him, he went into the house and returned with a lit lantern, then went off to see who it was.
He marched over with the lantern in front of his face, there was a strong breeze that tossed sand at his eyes. Ming Baozhai closed his eyes, only to pick up on the scent of Chan Zian.
"Chan Zian?" He called out, raising the lamp over his head giving him an aerial view. The figure finally got close enough that the director could see the man clearly. Not just clearly, he could see that it wasn't a figure that approached his house, but Chan Zian who carried another man on his back.
