Elves would never mingle in the business of vampires or any other creatures of Hell unless their lives were threatened as well. They lived in peace and harmony far away from everyone else and only ever left the realm if there was very important business to be conducted in the other realms.
Just as Taranis presumed, there were elves in the council. He confirmed his theory when his eyes found an elvish woman with light pink hair that flowed to her mid-back and bright, round blue eyes assorting a bunch of pink peonies in a flower pot.
She was dressed in a similar fashion to everyone in the council; a black suit seemed to be the uniform even for women.
