The real Dr. Garfield furrowed his brows upon noticing that his office was unlocked and his door was ajar. "Is someone inside my office?" he asked the young nurse accompanying him.
"You went to your office with Mrs. Hendrix and her daughter earlier, Doctor," the nurse explained.
A crease formed between Dr. Garfield's brows as a confused expression scrunched his wrinkled face. "Are you sure?"
'What is wrong with him?' the nurse wondered. 'He isn't so old that he's already suffering from memory loss, is he?' She cleared her throat before saying, "I'm very sure, Doctor, you even brought the both of them here yourself only a few minutes ago."
Dr. Garfield turned away from her before slowly widening his already open door. Seeing the two women seated in front of his desk, he returned his confused gaze to the nurse, "They really are there."
