The woman placed the candle on top of the headstone that had Amaira's full name in neat handwriting as well as her date of birth, date of death, and age upon burial. The month and day of her date of birth and death were the same; they were burying her alive on her eighteenth birthday.
"T-This happened..." Elias' eyes widened as he trailed off. "Thirty years ago?" he questioned. "How is that possible?"
"Because I'm reborn each time a woman of the Hendrix family gets pregnant with a girl," a familiar female voice from behind him answered his question.
Elias turned around and his red eyes met the ocean-blue ones of Amaira. His eyes quickly traveled her naked figure before returning to her face, "You're still naked."
Amaira pursed her lips, before speaking in a tone and British accent identical to the woman in the coffin. "Why must you notice that first?"
