Emily peered at the empty plates of the girls before leaning back in her chair with a satisfied look on her face.
She had made sure that the girls had at least two more servings, something that was hard to do with their weight loss because of the exams.
"Now that both of you are done, I am going to give you for two hours to get ready and pack for yourself before we leave to go home."
"What?" Leah asked, "why?" She was hoping that her mother had forgotten about it. It was just asking her to take her back to the Addams manor.
Emily gave her a 'duh expression. "I just told you, you will be staying with Helen Griffin."
"Why?!" Damn it! Was it not enough that she just wanted to go back home despite her wanting to stay here that now she also had to go socialize with a lot of people.
