"No, you don't need to." Leah insisted again. "I'm actually not that far away from you. In fact , I can just walk I will probably be home in like the next 10 minutes. I'll text you then?"
The deadpanned expression remained on his face. "I should not have said let me. I am dropping you and I don't give a fuck what you want on this."
"I can take a cab!"
"You can." He agreed. "But I would be in that cab."
