It took her a while before she was finally able to speak.
"But mother, aren't you saying that she is a family wrecker? With the way you speak now, don't you think you are telling me to be the one you are speaking of as despicable?"
Andrea truly couldn't believe their conversation.
"What are you saying? She was a snake that Amanda unknowingly allowed to get inside their family. It's just right to throw her out. How can she compare to you?"
"They are already family, after marrying one another they are already family," she tried to reason out.
"No, they are not. She planned all of it just to get in between the mother and son. They are not family."
She slowly nodded her and took a deep breath, "I see."
She knew at this moment, her mother's mind was closed off.
She picked up her bag she had placed on the side table.
"I have something else to do."
She turned around and with her gown and heels, she walked towards the door.
