"Where are you taking me?" Ava frowned when Karena harshly pulled her up.
"Out of here?"
"I thought the deputy was coming?"
Karena smiled when she saw Ava face pale."Oh…. He is—" she said. "He's coming to get you."
"Karena, where are you taking her?" Dr. Waterston barge inside the interrogation room. "I didn't receive any order about this."
"It's the Deputy's order, Mike. Move away."
"I didn't receive the order."
"I said, the Deputy called me. He asked me to take her away."
"And just as I said, I didn't receive any formal request!"
Ava lifted an eyebrow at the interesting conversation in front of her. It looked like Mike knew something but he couldn't really stop Karena. Dr. Waterston was just in charge of helping messed-up agents. He was a well-known psychologist who also took care of everyone's yearly psych evaluation.
Ava had only met the man twice.
