"Well, this is the man who has just kidnapped your child, Mr. Valencian, and the truth of his existence is going to be out in 3, 2 and…1. Oops!" The voice on the other end said.
"What the hell are you—" Xavier was cut off by the beep of the call.
As we stared at the blank screen in horror, I looked at him. "We have to save him. I have to save my child!"
"I—uh, we will," He replied slowly, as if trying to process something. "Wait a minute."
He immediately called someone else.
"Drew's in danger. Where the hell is team 61!?" He shouted on the call. My heart rate was painfully high; while my breathing was scarce.
Drew… was he alright?
Why would anyone wanna hurt him? What the hell was going on? Why him!?
"So what!?" He continued yelling after a few seconds. "I need you to find him RIGHT NOW! If you fail, you better hope for your family to have no tomorrow!"
