Ciara was scrubbing all the dirty windows in the house from top to bottom.
She huffed with exhaustion as she scrubbed the kitchen window.
Miss Tina supervised her labour.
"Mmm… Yes, that's it. I want every window in this house perfectly spotless!", she cooed with a pleasant smile.
"Huff… Huff… Mom honestly, I'm not lying like last time. This time it really was an emergency…", Ciara cried, pleading with her mom to spare her.
But Miss Tina wasn't having it.
"An emergency you couldn't tell your mother of?! I called you 9 times! I was up the entire night worried sick, waiting for you to come home…
Your brother Liam has also been up in your room, waiting for you to come play with him all morning. He slept off waiting there…
