Yasmin cast a quizzical look at the two people in front of her as if she didn't recognize them. It dawned on her that Natasha was pregnant with Earl's child. Their kissing demonstrated that they were having an affair.
She felt dizzy.
Her sister, in whom she had so much faith, had kept something very important hidden from her. It shook her foundation of trust, and she wasn't sure who to believe.
She staggered, pressing her fingers against the sides of her temple. The walls seemed to close in on her.
It was oppressive.
"Yasmin…" Natasha murmured, panic tightening her chest.
Yasmin held up her hand and stopped her from speaking further, her nose stuffy as tears began to pile up in her eyes. The overwhelming emotions were hard to hold.
She spun around and ran away.
"Yasmin…" Natasha exclaimed and tried to get out of bed.
