Yasmin looked gorgeous and nubile in that silver gown that wrapped her body perfectly. Her flawless back was on display as she held her hair up in a messy bun, a few locks dangling on either side of her face. Everyone at the party, whether man or woman, young or old, took a look back at her. Some young men couldn't keep their eyes away from her.
Declan was agitated, looking at those men eye-fucking her. His palms were sweating. He regretted allowing her to wear the dress and wished he could drape his suit jacket over her. He drew her in closer with his hand on her waist.
"Are you taking pleasure in making me distressed?" he hissed, leaning in towards her.
"Don't be stressed," she responded flippantly. "Just enjoy the party."
"Enjoy the party!" He gritted his teeth.
How was he supposed to enjoy the party when all pairs of eyes were on her? He thought he would have fun and got drunk to celebrate his victory over Sean, but he ended up tense.
