The office was quiet and almost empty. Only a few guards and cleaning staff were present.
Derrek rushed into Declan's cabin and found him leaning on his seat, looking at his phone. He scowled at his carefree demeanor. Based on his sharp tone on the phone, he thought Declan was furious. So, he hurriedly got there as he didn't want to get scolded, leaving Clara disappointed. But Declan was calm and composed, much to his surprise.
He was annoyed.
"Why did you call me so urgently?" he asked, his tone cold.
Declan nodded to the chair across from him, his gaze fixed on the phone.
Derrek sat down dejectedly, his frown deepening.
"I have been checking on the status of your project," Declan said slowly. "The outcome is quite impressive. Take a look."
He pushed the phone toward him.
