Yasmin smiled slightly. "Good morning, Grace. Do you want something?" She took a quick look into the room.
Grace deduced from her nervous appearance that her son had done something to upset Yasmin.
"Where is Declan?" she asked fiercely.
"He… um…" Yasmin's face paled at her sharp voice. "What happened, Grace? Is everything all right?"
Grace's expression turned even uglier. "Look at you. You are worried about everyone else even in this condition, and he… wait… Where is he?"
She moved forward to enter the room.
"He is getting ready for the office." Yasmin stood in her way. She was terrified that Grace would scold Declan. "You can talk to me if you are upset with him."
"Yasmin!" Grace was taken aback to see her attempting to protect Declan. 'My son is really stupid. How can he not see how considerate Yasmin is?'
She was even more embarrassed.
