Vanessa's heart thumped heavily like a drum as Alex parked at the reserved spot for his car at the underground parking lot.
Her eyes frantically darted around to observe if there was anyone around before she would step out of his car.
Alex chuckled as he watched her,finding her behavior amusing. "What are you doing?" Alex asked, and Vanessa turned to him with a scowl.
"What does it look like I'm doing?"
"You look like a thief surveying her environment." He said amusedly, and she sent him a sharp glare.
"I wouldn't be looking like a thief, if you had let me take a cab, or dropped me at the bus stop as I asked you to," She irritably said, her eyes glaring even harder, but Alex only found her expression more amusing.
"Do you realize that you look really sexy when you scowl?" Alex asked with a smile edging up his lips, and Vanessa felt a quick blush steam up her cheeks, but she quickly chased it away as she reclaimed her scowl.
