Phoenix was dealing with the massive paperwork on her desk when the intercom on her desk rang and Lilian's voice was heard, "Ms Li, Mr Gu is here in City M and asked if he could make an appointment to see you today."
Phoenix stopped what she was doing, "Mr Philip Gu from One Group?" Phoenix asked for confirmation.
"Yes, Ms Li," Lilian replied.
Phoenix leaned forward from the chair, "What is he doing here?" Phoenix mumbled.
"He came to check on you. He was feeling guilty for the incident at the mall last week," Lilian replied. Lilian was surprised when she received the call from Assistant Ko telling her that Philip Gu had come to City M to visit Phoenix. Philip Gu was actually asking where Phoenix lived and when Lilian told him that Phoenix had come to work as usual, he was surprised.
