Chapter 755 - The Crack

Yarin's POV:

I hadn't even had a chance to examine the first moth when my stomach churned again, and I vomited out more bizarre and deformed moths. Some were intact, while others were missing limbs or had only a fleshy body, wriggling like larvae for a few moments before their short lives ended.

The nauseating feeling subsided after I had thrown up seven or eight moths in succession.

Heller and Cynthia rushed over, startled by my weakened and breathless appearance as I sat slumped against the sink. They immediately asked, "What happened? Are you hurt? Are you okay?"

With keen eyes, Cynthia noticed the dead moths in the sink and realized that my condition was surely connected to them.

"Did you vomit these out?"

I weakly nodded and said, "Yes, I don't know why, they seemed to appear out of nowhere."

"We should call Mom and Dad," Cynthia said. "I hope things aren't as bad as I'm thinking, but with the moths..."
