Rosina's eyes twitched while forcing herself to smile. In front of her was Tonia, Delta Cirino Endrizzi's mate.
"Are you our King's mate? Are you going to be introduced to the pack? Did the two of you have sex already?" Tonia blurted out the questions the moment she arrived at Rosina's door. Her eyes were sparkling with anticipation of being answered.
"Ah..." Rosina tried to calm down, but Tonia's aggressive manner was pissing her off.
Tonia snapped out of her excitement when she noticed Rosina's behavior wasn't mirroring her own. She remembered that she was talking to someone she had just met and, most of all, the King's counterpart.
"My Queen, I apologize for my behavior. I'm excited to meet you and wasn't able to contain myself," Tonia lowered her head in submission, followed by a whimper.
"It's alright. I'm just a bit tired," Rosina stated to calm Tonia since she looked like she was on the verge of tears. "You're here to tour me around, right?"
