Rosina clenched her fist against the feather she used to sign the papers in front of her. She was working on the needs of the she-wolves in the pack and marked those that would be implemented.
"Ah! This suck!" Rosina groaned loudly before standing up, stumping her feet, and going to Pepe's office.
Rosina knocked twice before entering the door and saw Pepe's haggard face from his work. He looked up at Rosina and forced a smile.
"Is there something you need, Rose?" Pepe asked. When he said Rosina's nickname, his voice turned soft, and a pink hue appeared on his cheeks in a few seconds before it vanished, but Rosina was able to catch a glimpse of it.
"Are we calling each other's name now?" Rosina teased. It was the first time that Pepe called her by nickname.
"Sure, Rose," Pepe replied with a smirk. "You can call me Pepe as well."
"Pepe," Rosina muttered. Feeling the twist of her tongue by saying Pepe's name.
