The moon crept into the sky as it gave light to the darkness.
Rosina held the torch and looked at the pile of dead bodies covered in white cloths. She was alone in the forest as she specifically instructed Draco and the rest of the pack members not to disturb her while giving the dead their final peace.
"Moon Goddess, I wonder what you think of me," Rosina whispered with a chuckle. She couldn't help but wonder if Selene, the Moon Goddess, hated her for the things she had done.
Rosina smiled before shaking her head. She shrugged the thought since she was still alive and wouldn't meet with the Moon Goddess sooner. She placed the torch on the ground and looked above.
Thick leaves covered the moonlight to shine below the ground.
Rosina raised her arms, and her left eye glowed. "Burn," she stated firmly. The leaves that covered the area got burnt in black flames.
