Rosina groaned as she flickered her eyes open, but she closed them since the light made her sensitive.
"Rosina! You're finally awake!" a voice shouted beside her.
Rosina rolled to the other side to avoid the noise, but they shook her body. "What the—"she irritably stated and was about to curse when she saw Draco's smile of relief.
"Rosina, you're finally awake!" Draco sighed deeply before hugging her tightly. He tried his best not to cry in front of her and show his vulnerability.
Rosina pushed him away with a look of confusion. She looked at her surroundings and noticed that she was in the Palecrest medical room, which could have been better.
"Why am I here?" Rosina asked in confusion. The last thing she remembered was that she was in the Sabrecrown pack and was running away from the knights, creating a portal. After that scene, everything was blurry. The next thing she knew, she was back in the Palecrest pack.
