A servant carrying a tray that contained a letter was knocking on the door.
"Come in," a lovely voice answered, and the servant came in.
"My Lady, a letter from the Palace personally addressed to you has arrived," the servant replied before bowing down and leaving the room.
Lady Felissa Nucci, Daughter of Alpha Nucci of Midnight pack, rank nine. She was the only child in the family, which meant she needed to marry a son from a noble family to become an Alpha and heir to the Midnight pack.
"Rosina… Ah! I miss Rosina!" Felissa exclaimed and hurriedly opened the letter to reveal the invitation for the Mating Event that would be held in a week.
"A Mating Event… Season of Gratitude," Felissa read the title out loud. Her eyes scanned the entire sentences, and she couldn't help but feel the excitement.
