Days had gone fast, and the event finally began. Hundreds of ordinary men and nobles entered the event, hoping to take a spot as one of the higher rankings in Midnight Pack.
Felissa stared down at the office window as wolves from different packs visited the place. She worried that all her efforts would be in vain if they failed.
"Don't worry, Luna. I'm sure everything will be fine," Vicenzo said in his Knight Icen voice. He was with Felissa most of the time when she was busy arranging the Pack to its best appearance.
"I hope so. We need the income from this event," Felissa sighed and glanced back at Vicenzo.
"Yes, Luna. The Midnight Pack knights are in their given posts to secure nothing will happen," Vicenzo informed as Felissa nodded.
"Great," Felissa breathed deeply before walking toward the mirror and watching her reflection. "Do you think I look decent?" she asked, looking at Vicenzo for an answer.
