Lucia looked at the wooden ceiling and wondered what her life would be like in the next five years. Her lips curled into a smile as she thought about having a child with a man she loved, but after remembering who she was. She immediately dropped the idea.
'Who in their right mind will marry me anyway. I have nothing to offer,' Lucia thought before turning around in her bed. She sighed in contentment after eating Gastone's cooking and couldn't help but giggle.
It was the first time someone cooked for her, making her feel giddy.
"Ah, even though Sir Gastone seems like a stup1d male species. He's not that bad," Lucia muttered and giggled. She buried her face on the pillow to hide her screams.
