Wendy smiled and nodded briefly. She did not say anything after that. There was not point arguing about it. She would be going back to Rheinsville City in a couple of days. She was not even sure when would be the next time she would be back in Lake City, let alone come back to the mansion.
Mrs. Lucas noticed that Wendy did not look happy. Mrs. Lucas put some food on Wendy's plate and said cheerfully, "You have to eat more. Weight management seems to be in trend among the youngsters. Even if they are already very slim, they're still complaining that they need to lose weight. Don't be like one of them. It would not be worth it if you get sick from the wrong methods to lose weight."
