Wendy did not expect Michael to personally request that the kitchen staff cook porridge for her. He even waited until her food was delivered before eating his own meal so they could eat together. She could not help but feel that there was something strange about Michael's attitude toward her.
However, there was no way that she Would ever believe that Michael had fallen in love with her. After all, how could a man who had hated her for three years possibly fall in love with her all of a sudden within two months?
More importantly, he was still romantically involved with Yvonne. Wendy was more willing to believe that Michael was doing all this to get back at Christian, just like how Christian had asked her to be his assistant for the same purpose.
