"Then, you take a shower and freshen up a little. It was a long flight ne. I'll whip up some dinner for you."

Yang Jingshen peacefully went ahead with his preparations for a long and relaxing shower -they didn't have the luxury of a bathtub in their rented place- when he saw a shadow from the corner of his eyes. Turning around, he realized that it was Feng Xue. Didn't she leave already?
"Sister– what's wrong?"
Yang Jingshen knew what was going to come, but he still asked the question anyway. He knew that they would have to talk out the matter of him snapping at his cousin at one point or another– but, how and when to do that would depend partly on Feng Xue as well. The only thing he knew was that she wouldn't try to make things too difficult– well, he hoped she wouldn't. But…
"That– our new junior section manager at section C asked to meet and talk with you about your new benefits."
