Yang Jingshen politely nodded in response to the greetings of the two actresses who passed by him but didn't stop to chat. His face sported a breezy smile, but his eyes lacked any emotions.
This was becoming a frequent occurrence, especially since a week or two ago. Unlike the previous obvious avoidance, at least some of the residents in the dorm buildings would smile at him and even try to chat with him a little.
Yang Jingshen knew the reason– but he didn't feel anything special about it. After all, this was how this circle operated. And he of course played along, occasionally chatting and greeting them when he met them while moving here and there– if nothing else, at least give a simple nod or a smile. What matters was the gesture. Not the feeling.
