Silence fell and after five seconds, Austin and August started laughing. Damian still had a serious look while Melody looked lost. Did they know each other? She wondered.
"It's our boy, Damian, didn't notice you there," Austin said, going to give a pat on his shoulder.
"What's with the frown? We should be the ones frowning after your order, what was that all about? It sounded as if your house was on fire and you needed saving," August said, exaggerating what was said.
"You should go and put on your dress, the guests are slowly arriving," Damian said in a gentle tone to Melody. He held her hand, kissed her knuckles and Melody raised a brow.
The other two men looked amused by the sight of Damian being all gentle and lovey-dovey with a woman. But a frown slowly crept on their faces when the thought of what was going on crossed their minds. They glance at each other before looking back at the two in front of them.
