"Thank you all for coming," Melody said, standing by the door as she saw off Mr. McCain and his family. The party had come to its expected end and almost everyone had returned to their house or where the hotels they booked to spend the night.
"Thank you, Melody, I am very sorry we couldn't present our gift to you in person. I am sure everyone wanted that but we all wouldn't be able to leave tonight if that was to happen," Mrs. McCain said. She looked at her husband who nodded at her. It was time to leave. There seemed to be many things that the young woman needed to take care of now that the guests had left.
"It is alright, I will be sure to take into consideration your thoughts and good wishes," Melody replied.
"That too once again. Mr. Frost, it was an honor meeting you," Mrs. McCain said and only received a nod from Damian.
