"Uncle Liam," Melody called. "What are you insinuating?" she asked. They came here to ask her about a man who was not on the invite list. A man whom they knew came with ill intent. He was their brother and nephew, their family but so was she. A grand niece, niece, and cousin to them but they didn't seem to care about that.
"You got me wrong, Melody, what I mean is…" Liam spoke but was silenced by Melody's next words.
"You are accusing me of taking him. You came here because you all think I have taken him. Fine, what if I have him, what are you going to do?" Melody asked. She looked at him coldly, challenging him to say something.
