Melody was seated behind the deal with her hand over her face, she was thinking and was distracted, failing to notice the absence of Abigail who should have followed behind her.
The door opening pulled her attention and there she found Abigail walking in before stepping aside, leaving the door wide open. Melody looked at her questioningly when she was offered a smile.
"You have some guests," Abigail informed and a great form on Melody's face.
"They are here?" Diana asked and Abigail gave a nod. "I think we should leave then," Diana looked at Jessica, silently urging her to leave.
A moment later, the image of Damian appeared through the open and Melody didn't know when she beamed. He walked over to her, turning around the desk to meet her where she was seated.
"Why didn't you tell me you were coming?" Melody asked. He leaned to peck her like she shut her eyes to savor the moment. In this moment of stress, his visit was very much appreciated.
