Thick silence encompassed the office as Damian stared wordlessly at his half-brother. His expression is still as blank as a canvas. He knew Ace had come here with a motive but his words just got him thinking if the man was bored with his life and chose to come to find some fun by messing with him.
"You know I am right," Ace pressed further.
Damian could not be any more bored than he was right now. Did Ace think he didn't know what will and will not be accepted by the family? Did he care what those people would say and do when it involved his life and future? Ace should have known that by now and not come to play this childish game of his.
"What does that have to do with you, Brother?" Damian asked, addressing Ace as "Brother' for the first time in a long time.
