"Because I love you, that is how I know that you will say it back to me one day," Collins said, believing that one day it will happen. He won't stop until he gets her to fall for him. She was the only woman who had caught his interest for as long as he could remember.
A small smile crept at the corners of Abigail's lips without her knowledge but he noticed it. She always had a subconscious reaction to everything he did and said and it all gave him hope. Hope that he will keep trying. Hope that he had a chance in winning her over, winning her heart one day.
"I wouldn't be so positive if I were you, but you can always be hopeful. Hope keeps us going, although sometimes, what we hope for is not what we get," Abigail said but Collins was not at all affected by her words. She would come around one day, then she would know his hope was not in vain.
