"Did you have a good time?" Melody asked. Right now, they were lying on a bed with her head on his chest, his hands around her waist, absentmindedly drawing circles.
The surprise family gathering organized by Marianne and Sandra had turned out to be a big one and to Melody's surprise, everyone was present although there were a few who looked like they didn't want to be there.
Melody had the chance to meet her distant relatives who were surprisingly still good to her and Marianne could very much vouch for their sincerity. She also got to have a chat with Asia and the other teenagers in the family who had been away. She was not frequent to Euphoria so she didn't know many of them and they too did not know her, although they had all heard of her and seen pictures of her at some point they couldn't say they knew her.
