As I walked in the direction of the high tables, I did my best to make sure I did not take one single look at Kellan. Instead I fixed my gaze on Mia.
Mia also had her eyes on me as we walked towards the high table and I brought my sober eyes to meet her longing one. We missed each other, that much was clear.
Mia, the first and one true friend I had in this magical college. She gave me a knowing nod and I smiled affectionately at her in return.
Finally, we got to the high table and stood in front of the Dean of Alicorn college who had called on to us.
" State your business students" she said as if she wasn't the one who requested that we come out.
Or maybe she was just asking that just to clarify on who we were.
" I am the defendant's roommmate" Mia said but unfortunately, only the people on the high table could hear her as the hall was too big and the sound could only travel to nearby ears.
