I threw the weak Mackenzie that I was comforting down immediately as Senior Eira's head rolled my way while her body thumped beside me.
I couldn't believe my eyes. Senior Eira couldn't be dead just like that and it couldn't be such a miserable death. I guided her head that was still rolling down with my hand and I slowly brought it up. My hands were shaking and sweating that when I looked into her wide opened eyes that were now lifeless, a shot of nausea bore inside of me.
The shrieks of horror and the heavy footsteps of newbies running away from the hall were very loud but all I could fathom was to return Senior Eira's head back to her body so that she would wake up and it would all be fine.
