Chapter 17 - Chapter 17_Magical Ethics

The teacher's question received lots of remarks from the class. Some students said they would deal with the thief because the law was a disrupted system and could not be trusted, others said they would hand over the criminal to the cops because it was the law and every patriot must follow the law.

Teacher Hadleigh received all the comments with patience while nodding her head whenever any stood made their comments known.

I personally thought of dealing with the criminal myself but since I was a young adult and I have to trust the law as a patriot, I believe l should allow the law deal with the criminal. If I dealt with him and hurt him, I would have turned a criminal too. What if what I considered good was actually the wrong thing? I was immature and inexperienced

so l guess I'll wait for the law to take it's Course.

And if the law did not execute Justice as it should, that would be the fault of the law and not me because I have done my part.
