I witnessed Senior Fei's hand above Annoying Jerk's chest. It glowed in the dawn and the drops of rain that dripped down it made it seem like a Christmas globe box swirling and dancing around with the snow and motion but without the ringing Christmas tune.
I saw Annoying Jerk's once unconscious body flinch and his hand twitched and all the butterflies in my stomach began a joyful dance.
It was working. As always, Senior Fei's ability has proven to be a gem. A lifesaver. What an ability he had there. I still can't believe he didn't have the gift of the tongue.
Yet, he seemed so fucking cool.
Maybe Iris would have made a good couple with him since she was already so outgoing.
As soon as the soft fluorescent white glow died down, Senior Fei retrieved his hands and Annoying Jerk slowly began to move again. My heart went out to him. I wanted to rush over and gather him in my arms.
