"The next on the agenda is an opening prayer which would be led by none other than our prestigious All Supernatural College's disciplinarian, Teacher Zane!" Teacher Nyx boomed and then, the applause that reverberated afterward came from the other Magical schools rather than ours.
"Teacher Zane?"
"He's going to pray?"
"Oh, wow!" I could hear the gasps from students sitting around me.
The boys weren't also left out. "Teacher Zane is probably going to cast a spell and make the judges vote in our favor," Devarn joked, earning chuckles from our group.
"Except he doesn't use spells." Adronis pointed out after laughing.
Devarn made a face at him. "What's up, man? Just laugh at it like everyone else."
