She tried to break off from Ferdinand's embrace but couldn't, so she ended up just crying right there instead.

She ended up crying in his arms when he was the reason she was feeling this terrible.

It felt so terrible that she wanted him to know how angry she was.
She formerly thought she would just accept her punishment but she couldn't.
