Alvis already knew the Fairy Queen would have never blamed him. But he was burdened because he couldn't help thinking that he was only making up an excuse not to feel responsible for her death.
However, after hearing someone else come to the same conclusion just from listening to what happened in the past, he could finally think that he was not running away from guilt and responsibility.
"I hope you can mourn and move on from her death without blaming yourself about the past anymore," Arabella said since Alvis looked like he hadn't mourned enough because of all the regret and self-blame he had imposed on himself.
